It consists of 84 officially protected houses for rent, premises on the ground floor and two basement floors with parking and storage rooms. The challenge of the project has been to achieve a sustainable building from three aspects: economic efficiency + energy efficiency + social efficiency. The verdict of the jury and the awarding of the prizes will be made public in an event that will take place next May 23, during the celebration of the Sal\u00f3 Construmat-Barcelona.
