Among a total of 136 projects presented, and 23 candidates selected as finalists, our project has been ranked second in the Energy Rehabilitation category. The jury&#8217;s evaluation highlighted all the passive architectural resources introduced in the building as well as the highly efficient installations that allow it to function as a Positive Energy Building. The prizes were handed out at the celebratory event that took place on June 29 at Barcelona&#8217;s charm market.
