Last December, GMG completed the works on a new residential complex of 75 homes for the developer AEDAS HOMES. The project is located in Sitges, within the urban planning sector of La Plana – Vallpineda – Santa B\u00e0rbara. It consists of a residential complex of five isolated multi-family buildings with 15 homes each, joined by a basement floor with 99 parking spaces for cars, 53 motorcycles and a storage room for each home. It also has a community landscaped area with swimming pool, paddle tennis court and a communal area. All the houses on the ground floors have a private garden. The project has been designed to achieve energy rating A, both in terms of primary energy consumption and CO2 emissions. To achieve this, the buildings are particularly thermally insulated and have aerothermal systems for air conditioning and the production of domestic hot water and mechanical ventilation with enthalpic heat recovery. The work was carried out by the construction company Copcisa and their great professionalism allowed the work to be erected in just 18 months.
