The project, which will have the BREEAM sustainable construction certificate, will incorporate, as a novelty, individual aerothermal systems by direct expansion for the production of cold, heat and DHW. In addition, a gray water utilization and regeneration system will be implemented for reuse in the bathrooms of each home, and a rainwater accumulation system for reuse in the irrigation of community green areas.
