The Agora d’Urbanisme, organised annually by the Architects’ Association of Catalonia (COAC) and the Association of Urbanist Architects of Catalonia (AAUC) in collaboration with the Government of Catalonia (Department of Territory), was held on 12 November. During the course of the day, urban planning projects that have passed through the Territorial Urban Planning Commissions during the previous year are presented.<\/p>\n\n
The selected examples, grouped in different fields such as urban revitalisation, renewable energies or housing, show a broad vision of the urban development plans that have been processed during the year 2023, and allow us to see where our country’s spatial planning issues are focused.<\/p>\n\n
On this occasion, the members of the Agora’s organising committee selected a work written by GMG, the Special Plan to regulate the conditions for the implementation of photovoltaic energy on undeveloped land in Santa Margarida and Els Monjos, which we presented in the blog \u2018Renewable energies \/ productive landscapes\u2019. We are grateful for the opportunity to participate once again in the Agora d’Urbanisme, which has been consolidated over the last few years as a space of reference for urban planning activity in Catalonia, a meeting place for technicians and managers in this field, and which annually brings together a catalogue of outstanding experiences that are representative of where we are moving forward in this field.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
