{"id":6527,"date":"2013-07-11T13:55:07","date_gmt":"2013-07-11T11:55:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.gmg.cat\/?p=527"},"modified":"2024-04-24T19:10:34","modified_gmt":"2024-04-24T17:10:34","slug":"gmg-redacta-la-memoria-social-del-poum-de-palafrugell","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gmg.cat\/es\/gmg-redacta-la-memoria-social-del-poum-de-palafrugell\/","title":{"rendered":"GMG redacta la memoria social del POUM de Palafrugell"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Palafrugell, en sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria, aprob\u00f3 inicialmente en fecha 10 de junio de 2013 el nuevo Plan de Ordenaci\u00f3n Urban\u00edstica Municipal de Palafrugell (POUM).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">GMG ha redactado la memoria social del POUM, la cual tiene por objetivo valorar y justificar las necesidades sociales de acceso a la vivienda protegida y a otros tipos de vivienda asequible por parte de los distintos colectivos que requieren una atenci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica as\u00ed como el an\u00e1lisis de las necesidades de equipamientos y la evaluaci\u00f3n del impacto de la ordenaci\u00f3n propuesta en funci\u00f3n del g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las proyecciones demogr\u00e1ficas elaboradas para el per\u00edodo 2012 \u2013 2032, estiman que la poblaci\u00f3n de Palafrugell llegar\u00e1 a los 30.000 habitantes y la demanda de nuevos hogares quedar\u00e1 cubierta con las viviendas resultantes de los distintos sectores y pol\u00edgonos de actuaci\u00f3n previstos por el planeamiento y las posibles unidades resultantes de viviendas vac\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En relaci\u00f3n a la demanda de vivienda social, se podr\u00e1 dar respuesta a las necesidades con la reserva de vivienda de protecci\u00f3n oficial del 30,3% del techo residencial de nueva implantaci\u00f3n prevista por el nuevo POUM en el n\u00facleo de Palafrugell.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-6527 gallery-columns-2 gallery-size-thumbnail'><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon landscape'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/www.gmg.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/2-Reserves-HPO.jpg'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gmg.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/2-Reserves-HPO-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail\" alt=\"\" style=\"width:100%;height:71.64%;max-width:2482px;\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/figure><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon '>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/blog.gmg.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/3-Equipaments.jpg'>3-Equipaments<\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/figure><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon '>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/blog.gmg.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/2-Reserves-HPO.jpg'>2-Reserves HPO<\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/figure><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon landscape'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/www.gmg.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/3-Equipaments.jpg'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gmg.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/3-Equipaments-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail\" alt=\"\" style=\"width:100%;height:71.64%;max-width:2482px;\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Palafrugell, en sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria, aprob\u00f3 inicialmente en fecha 10 de junio de 2013 el nuevo Plan de Ordenaci\u00f3n Urban\u00edstica Municipal de Palafrugell (POUM).
