El Avance de POUM ha sido redactado por la Gerencia de Servicios de Vivienda, Urbanismo y Actividades de la Diputaci\u00f3n de Barcelona, con la colaboraci\u00f3n de GMG.<\/p>\n<p>La aprobaci\u00f3n del Avance es el primer paso para definir un plan urban\u00edstico propio de este municipio, que hasta la actualidad se rige por unas Normas de Planeamiento de alcance supramunicipal, que incluye todos aquellos municipios del Llu\u00e7an\u00e8s que no dispon\u00edan de planeamiento general.<\/p>\n<p>San Mart\u00ed d&#8217;Albars es un peque\u00f1o municipio de poco m\u00e1s de 100 habitantes, con varios n\u00facleos de car\u00e1cter muy diferente: San Mart\u00ed, Beulaigua, la Blava y el n\u00facleo de actividades en el entorno de Can Solanich.
