Entre un total de 136 proyectos presentados y 23 candidaturas seleccionadas como finalistas, nuestro proyecto ha quedado clasificado en segundo lugar en la categor\u00eda de Rehabilitaci\u00f3n Energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p>La valoraci\u00f3n del jurado destac\u00f3 todos los recursos arquitect\u00f3nicos pasivos introducidos en el edificio as\u00ed como las instalaciones de gran eficiencia que le permiten funcionar como Positive Energy Building.<\/p>\n<p>Los premios se entregaron en el acto de celebraci\u00f3n que se celebr\u00f3 el pasado 29 de junio en el mercado de los encantos de Barcelona.
